Trek at Brahmagiri

• Accommodation is on a twin sharing basis in double rooms and multiple sharing basis in tented cottages/family rooms/camping tents
• Food, served buffet style, includes Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast (veg & non veg).
• Extra meals (outside the room plan) can be ordered at an extra cost. Breakfast INR 100: Lunch/Dinner-INR 200per person.
• If extra meals are required, the Resort Manager will have to be informed well in advance.
• Rates mentioned here are inclusive of all taxes.
• Check-in 12 noon &check out 10:30 am.
• Room plans start with lunch on check-in day and ends with breakfast on check out day.
• Safaris, trekking inside the park are subject to permissions from the Karnataka Forest Department and the availability of the vehicles/naturalist/guides/elephants. Please note that we do not guarantee safaris and other activites, which are primarily governed and controlled by the Karnataka Forest Department and subject to changes from time to time. We shall not be held responsible for last minute cancellation if the Forest Department cancels the same.
• Transport to jungle inn: Pick-up and drop from Bangalore/Mysore can be arranged at an extra cost.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Babysitters and maids accompanying guests to take care of their children will be charged standard rates. And are requested to always present themselves suitably groomed within the resort premises, especially in the dining area.

PAYMENT RULES AND PROCEDURE-FOR RESERVATION

• Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment in advance
• Bookings made without payment as mentioned above, will be held purely as tentative bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice .The onus is on the client to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings.

CANCELLATION

• 10% of tariff for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date (Not inclusive of the check-in date)

• 50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)

• No refund for cancellation less than two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
